We often hear about strategy, SEO, and lead generation .... But we hear less often about those who activate the levers.
Today, we are opening the doors to our offices in Saint-Jean-de-Luz to show you the beating heart of Digital 64. Spoiler alert: behind the code and pixels, we are real humans! 👋
The cast: The "Trio" of Saint-Jean-de-Luz
At the office, the atmosphere is studious but relaxed. There are three of us at the helm on a daily basis, with a dynamic that combines experience and freshness.
Adrien, captain (and founder): He launched Digital 64 five years ago with a clear vision. An expert in digital marketing and strategy, he sets the course. He is the team's mentor, always there to challenge our ideas and ensure we remain at the forefront.
Guiral, the quiet force: This is one of the agency's success stories. He started as a work-study student, proved himself indispensable, and officially joined the team as an employee in September 2025. Now a digital project manager, he knows the files inside out.
Amandine, the new energy: I joined the adventure in September 2025 as a digital project manager intern. My role? To learn, manage, and bring a fresh perspective to your projects alongside Guiral and Adrien.
The Extended "Dream Team" 🌍
Digital 64 isn't just the three of us. To guarantee cutting-edge expertise, Adrien has built up a network of satellite experts: Marie (Project Manager), Florian (Web Developer), Jean-Baptiste (Graphic Designer) and Aurélie (videographer). This structure allows us to be ultra-responsive: the right expert, in the right place, at the right time.
24 hours in the agency's engine room ⏱️
While our headquarters are firmly rooted in the Basque Country, our way of working is resolutely modern and agile. But in practical terms, what does a typical day look like when all three of us are in the office?
☕ 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.: The calm before the storm
As the city awakens, Adrien is already hard at work. His ritual is unchanging: Coffee/Tea + Data. No improvisation: he scans the dashboards (Google Analytics, Matomo, our reporting tool) and checks the health of customer accounts before even sending the first email.
🛠️ 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.: Group warm-up
Guiral and I enter the stage.
- Guiral side: It's the complete check-up. Slack, ClickUp (our bible), and organizing the to-do list.
- Amandine: I'm speaking on behalf of the agency. Check social media, interactions on LinkedIn or Instagram. It has to be alive!
🤝 10:30 a.m.: The crossroads of decisions
This is often where everything comes into play. We leave the "light" tasks behind and get down to the hard work with the scheduled meeting. It could be an internal meeting to validate a roadmap, a video conference with a client, or a call for proposals with Jean-Baptiste to prepare a solid recommendation. This is the moment when ideas flow and strategy is refined.
🧠 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.: "Deep Work" mode
The open space becomes quieter. Everyone is in their own bubble:
- Guiral dives into code or web design.
- Amandine focuses on content production and web editing (an essential lever for your visibility).
- Adrien optimizes Google Ads campaigns, often working alongside Marie to adjust bids and keywords.
🍽️ 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.: Sacred time
We don't mess around with lunch at Digital 64: we turn off our screens and enjoy Saint-Jean-de-Luz. It's vital for recharging our batteries before the afternoon marathon.
🚀 1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: The afternoon marathon
This is the most intense production block.
- The Guiral "Machine": It does the groundwork (development, integration, technical SEO). This is where your website creation come to life technically.
- The "Front" Amandine: I manage incoming leads. If you call the agency, I'm often the one who answers the phone to assess your needs.
- "Captain" Adrien: He alternates between technical supervision (with Florian) and physical client meetings at the office.
« Derrière les lignes de code, le SEO et les campagnes d'acquisition, il y a avant tout une équipe humaine soudée. Notre force à Saint-Jean-de-Luz, c'est cette alchimie entre l'exigence technique et la convivialité du Sud-Ouest. »
Adrien de Lamazière (CEO)
👋 Around 5:30 p.m.: wrap up & log off
No pointless presenteeism here. The agency's philosophy? Efficiency takes precedence over long hours.
When the "To-Do" list is checked off, the day is won. Whether it's Guiral closing his code editor after a long session, or Adrien and I closing our last files, the goal is the same: unplug to come back stronger. A good work-life balance guarantees a creative team the next day at 8:30 a.m.
The last word
At Digital 64, we like to say that we are a human-sized agency, and that's not just a marketing slogan. It's our everyday reality: a combination of technical expertise, cutting-edge strategy, and real moments of life in Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
Now you know who's behind your screen!
